Focus, Being Present and Fidgeting Lesson

These lessons help teach kids what it means and how it feels to pay attention, to be aware, and to be present. It also teaches about different aspects of fidgeting, and how they can use fidgeting and movement to help to improve focus, engagement and regulation.
