Lotus Lesson

A lotus is beautiful but it becomes that way because it starts out in the mud- it stays tethered to the mud. The mud represents our trauma, challenges, disabilities that have made us who we are. This coloring page can let kids (and adults) meditate o this lesson and then identify their values, challenges, what they have learned, their supports, and finally, their strengths and gifts.
