Pass the Water Song

This song introduces the concepts of attention and self-awareness, including the vocabulary words for “attention” and “aware”, while offering hands-on experience of how these concepts work together.  Children sit in a large or small group circle. One child holds a cup of water, performs the actions and then passes it to another child, who continues along with the song, and so on. This activity can also be done in a child-adult or child-child pair.
