S.T.R.O.N.G. Goals and December Family Planning Tools

This is a format I developed as part of a home-based Open Mind program to build family connection and support self-regulation and resilience within children and caregivers. These goals are all based on research that shows building these skills can improve mental and physical health and well-being.

I also includes a December monthly and weekly family planner and infographic for age appropriate chores to help with planning and follow through with goals.
